Start Your Media and Tech Career with the Emma Bowen Foundation Internship Program

Applications for the Emma Bowen Foundation Summer Internship Program are open!

The Emma Bowen Foundation (EBF) is seeking high school seniors and undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in media, entertainment or technology. Whether you aspire to be a producer, journalist, web developer, engineer, business executive, PR agent, sales representative or pursue another role in media or tech, EBF provides an opportunity to help you get started.

The program connects talented students with paid summer internships and long-term professional development opportunities at top media and tech companies, including ESPN, FOX, Bloomberg Media, Paramount, Lionsgate and The New York Times.

For more than 35 years, EBF has been dedicated to the growth and development of students from underrepresented backgrounds through hands-on experience, mentorship and access to industry leaders. Each summer, more than 150 new and returning EBF Fellows intern with partner organizations across the country.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student graduating in Spring 2026 or later

• Must attend or plan to attend a four-year accredited U.S. college or university

• Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0

• Must be interested in pursuing a career in media, entertainment or technology

• Must be able to commit to a full-time summer internship lasting at least eight consecutive weeks

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship

• Must be at least 18 years old prior to the start of the internship

Interested students must complete the EBF 2026 Online Application Form and submit a HireVue video interview to be considered. Applicants should include a resume and LinkedIn profile link when completing the application.
