FOX Sports invites motivated and creative students to apply for its spring 2026 internship program in Charlotte, N.C. This paid, on-site internship gives students the opportunity to gain real-world experience working with one of the biggest names in sports media and entertainment.
Interns will participate in meaningful projects, collaborate with FOX Sports professionals and learn the fundamentals of live event production, marketing and sports media. The program focuses on creativity, leadership and professional development through training sessions, mentorship and networking opportunities.
The program runs from Feb. 9 to April 17, 2026, with a schedule of 16 to 24 hours per week based on class availability and department needs.
Interns will earn $20 per hour and gain hands-on experience across FOX Sports’ broadcast and digital platforms, including FS1, FS2, FOX Soccer Plus and FOX Deportes.
Eligibility Criteria
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the internship
• Must be a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student
• Must have a strong academic record
• Must be committed to working the entire program length
• Must have access to housing and transportation in the Charlotte area
• Must be able to work on-site
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of FOX Sports programming and industry trends
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Dalet, Final Cut Pro or similar software
• Interest in sports media, production or marketing
